What to email us about
- Support — download link missing, wrong email on the order, can’t open the PDF, or anything that blocks you from using what you paid for.
- Refunds — prefer the self-serve form on/refunds within 30 days when you can. If you’re stuck, email from your purchase address and we’ll help. Plain English on/guarantee.
- Partnerships / press — affiliate ideas, podcasts, roundups, or brand collabs that fit a women-forward, partners-welcome cheap wedding audience. Lead with what you’re proposing and why it fits; we’ll reply if it’s a match.
We’re not a live chat desk and we don’t do custom wedding planning over email. We do answer product and money questions clearly — access, refunds, and whether the guide is the right fit for how you’re planning.
Response expectations
